Refund and Returns Policy

Introduction

At Vedeera, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Customers can request a size exchange within 24 hours of receiving the order.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Exchange requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to the exchange process.

We do not offer returns for size-related issues.
If the requested size is available, the product will be exchanged.
If the requested size is not available, a refund will be processed after deducting applicable shipping charges.

Refunds will only be provided in the following cases:

The requested exchange size is unavailable.
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (subject to verification).

Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
